October 22 KMEA 4A West State Regionals at "Stadium of Champions" - Hopkinsville, KY.

KMEA State Championships Finals (Eastern Kentucky University - Richmond, KY).
All Competitions are on Saturdays throughout September and October. DO NOT SCHEDULE ANYTHING ON THESE DATES INCLUDING THE ACT OR SAT. Times are TBA as we get closer to each contest date. I will post Lineups and Itineraries on this page as we get closer to the dates. Plan on keeping each of these Saturday's open in your calendar).
PRISM CONCERT
Thursday and Friday October 13th and 14th - Matinee Performance (report 9 am) 10 am.
Thursday, October 13th only: Evening Performance (report 6 pm) 7 pm.
After School Marching Band Rehearsal on this day will be 3:00 -4:30 pm.
Friday, October 14th - OFF
PEP ASSEMBLIES (During the school day. BAND STUDENTS ARE USUALLY RELEASED AROUND 1 PM)

Location TBA. Work 1 of 2 shifts or both. May not need everyone at this event.
April 29 (Saturday Evening) Annual Band Banquet
duPont Manual Manual Small Gym. Doors open at 6 pm.
May 13 (Saturday 7 am – 1:00 pm) Music in the Parks Fundraiser Hosted at YPAS.
Work 1 of 2 shifts or both. May not need everyone at this event.
